Solution
Live training-creation sessions. In sessions of one or two hours, modifications or improvements to the dashboards are proposed. A solution is sought together with the business person who exploits the information so that the result is optimal for the user.
Results
In a short time, the business user gets the modifications and improvements he wants in the dashboards. They also gain enough technical knowledge to understand exactly what is behind each dashboard, to be able to improve it and to be able to ask for very business-focused modifications with the knowledge of where they can go.
